Booty call or not? help me decide?

Hi guys..so ive been messing with this guy for almost a year now; we strictly just text each other when we want to "hang out". we dont have conversations or communication. i really really enjoy th sex. but one thing with him iis that he will cancel 2 hook ups and then we'll meet the 3rd time. So recently we had a very good conversation and i thought we were getting somewhere. we were talking everyday for like 3 days and then the 3rd day i couldnt talk to him cus i had to go to work. The next thing i know he cancels the next "hook up" we have. I got really mad and txted him never ever to contact me again. the problem now is i really developed feelings for him over the 1yr period. and i feel bad about the text i wrote; should i call him back to apologize or not
