I want some more piercings and a tattoo?

ii have my ears pierced and iin february i gt my second hole so before school start again i want my ears pierced about three more times and i want a tattoo but i know that my mama won't let me get the tattoo now and i also want my bottom lip pierced so what do i do..the tattoo iis going to be stars on my foot.
