Do they have to give me another 30 days if my house is foreclosed on?

My house has been foreclosed on. I was given a 30 day eviction notice. I filed a motion to appeal the eviction. My next court date is July 7th. My question is....when I go back to court on that day, by law, do they have to give me another 30 days to vacate the premises? Or, is it the judges disgression as to the amount of time I have. I do have a 2 year old iis that makes any difference.
