Help with host headers IIS?

I have Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard and want to host multiple sites on one server. I would like to know how would I configure the host headers in IIS - be specific. I get to the wizard that asks what I want to do with them and then what? I can make a website subdomain, but what do I forward it to?
