IIs it bad for me to go out with a 12 year old girl when i am 16?

She's a little young for you. You really can't date or you'll cause big talk. But you can belong to clubs together. But you should not be really alone with her. If at any time you are together, you should be chaperoned by an adult. That's the way it is. Don't run away with her for sure.
