Is it possible to get an audition?

I am a 13 year old female hoping to become an actress. Is it possible to get an audition for something like a commercial, show, etc. without an agency? I don't have an agent. Could I also get modeling auditions? I live in ZIP 10312, on Staten Island, New York. I am willing to reach out farther to New Jersey or Manhattan if I have to. Do you know of any places by myself where I can get an audition (which hopfully turns into the gig) WITHOUTan agent? Please include anymore information that could be helpful to me. Thanks!!
